  • 本文用放射免疫测定法测定了5头发情期东北梅花鹿血浆中促黄体素(LH)和17β-雌二醇的含量。所得结果:LH在发情前(0.288-0.321ng/ml血浆)与发情后(0.364-0.841ng/ml血浆)都处于低稳水平(P>0.05),但发情时出现非常显著的高峰(2.742ng/ml)(P<0.01);雌二醇在整个发情期前后没有出现显著的高峰(P>0.05),仅在发情前约24小时发现一小高峰(16.4+—4.4pg/ml血浆),发情后约12小时发现一小峰(24.9+-6.1pg/ml血浆)。结果表明东北梅花鹿发情期血浆LH、雌二醇血浆含量的变化与其他已研究过的鹿种及一些反刍家畜

  • 为了进一步阐明鹿茸生长发育机制,以5头雄性梅花鹿为材料,测定了从脱盘到生长停止期间的鹿茸生长速度、相对骨质密度(RBM),血清睾酮,雌二醇含量及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力。并对这些因素之间的关系作了分析。 测定结果表明,鹿茸从脱盘到停止生长约为120天。在此期间,所测各值变化均显著(P<0.01)。在前75天,鹿茸生长速度、 AKP活力迅速上升,并达到高峰。 RBM缓慢上升,虽与最低值比较差异显著(P<0.01),但上升幅度与75天以后相比则小得多。睾酮含量处于平稳期( P>0.05),雌二醇含量在脱盘后15天出现高峰,到75天降到最低,该期应属于鹿茸生长期。 75天以后

  •     马鹿茸茸重与茸尺关系的研究【发表时间:1986-05-07】
  • 本文采用多元线性回归的方法对连续7年的马鹿茸茸重与茸尺间的关系进行了研究。结果表明。影响左侧茸重(Y)的主要茸尺因子是主干长(X1)、主干围(X2)、眉枝长(X3)、眉枝围(X4)和冰枝长(X5)。由这些因子所建起的多元线性回归模型为:y^=-54.758+0.327X1+2.695X2+0.316X3+1.857X4+0.293X5,以上每项茸尺与茸重的相关程度t检验均达极显著(P<0.01)。该模型的总体相关系数r=0.885,F检验为极显著(P<0.01);影响右侧y的主要茸尺因子为X1、X2、X4、X5。所建模型为:y^=-66.880+0.673X1+3.006X2+1.
